Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Working 21:45pm till 07:45am. Required to have full flexibility working alternate weekends.

The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Night Lead to join our team at the Watermill.
Within the role of Night Lead will lead, supervise and motivate the night care team and provide waking night cover to maintain a high quality of care and support to residents in accordance with the organisational policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the regulatory body.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
Up to date knowledge/experience of person centred dementia care planning and delivery
Relevant experience of working with people living with dementia
Proficient use of ICT, including outlook, word and excel
NVQ Level 3 or willing to work towards (desirable)
