Your impact: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to: Lead on Occupational Therapy provision at Moorpark Place Manage a varied and complex caseload, providing highly specialist OT interventions tailored to individual needs Offer guidance and advice to colleagues across the multidisciplinary team on OT-related issues Keep up to date with evidence-based practice and contributing to service development Evaluate effectiveness of the service and carrying out audits where required Take responsibility for OT-related training and supporting the development of staff across the service Ensure robust risk management and safety procedures are in place and adhered to Build strong, meaningful relationships with patients, carers, colleagues, and visitors Keep people safe from any harm and protect their human rights.
