Are you an experienced Buyer with a background in residential new build housing?
We are seeking a proactive and commercially aware Freelance Buyer to support procurement activities on a fast paced housing development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Buyer in residential new build housing
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., COINS, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines
