Hours: 37.5 hours per week – this role will include travel and attendance at events outside of normal office hours (Time off in
lieu given)

Location: Hybrid – remote/Exeter, with regular attendance across Devon at events

Duration: Permanent


THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity to come and work with us as part of our Fundraising Team as a Supporter Engagement Officer in
Challenge and Events. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of our growing portfolio of
DAA events as well as supporting challenge eventers through third party events. For example, marathons, cycle rides, treks, or
sponsored activities; your purpose is to deliver and grow the portfolio of outstanding events. You will ensure Devon Air Ambulance
delivers excellent participant experiences, meets and looks to exceed fundraising targets, and boost Devon Air Ambulance’s
visibility and impact across the county.


THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone with great people skills, as well as drive, initiative and determination. You will need to be confident
in the planning and execution of successful events, with excellent communication skills and a dynamic approach to work. Please
note, you must have a Driving Licence (with no more than 3 penalty points) and access to a vehicle.
