Flow Controller – Automation Support

Join a global leader in automation at an exciting brand-new, high-tech site. As a Flow Controller, you will keep products moving by resolving system jams, cleaning equipment, and supporting the maintenance team – no tools or formal engineering qualifications required.
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor product flow in an automated warehouse
• Clear jams and minor issues (tool-free)
• Assist with cleaning, inspections, and general support
• Follow health & safety and hygiene standards
• Help coordinate spare parts and warranty handling
What You’ll Bring:
• Enthusiasm and a team focused approach
• Engineering related qualifications are a bonus, but not essential
• Comfortable working at height (up to 18m) and in chilled environment (2–4°C)
• Able to commit to Panama Shift Pattern (12-hr shifts, incl. days/nights/weekends)
• Physically fit, safety-aware, and detail-focused
• Basic computer literacy
• Flexible, positive attitude – full training provided
