Summary
We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school team on a long-term, ongoing, temporary basis starting in November 2025.

Duties as EYFS Teaching Assistant:
Provide support to pupils across the EYFS setting, both 1:1 and in small groups.
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Help to create a positive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Support the social, emotional and educational development of young learners.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant:
Experience of working within EYFS or a nursery/early years setting.
A patient, positive and caring approach.
Strong understanding of early childhood development.
Good communication and teamwork skills as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
A relevant qualification in childcare/early years is desirable but not essential.
