Venue Cymru yw lleoliad adloniant a digwyddiadau mwyaf y rhanbarth ac fel Cynorthwyydd Gwasanaethau i Gwsmeriaid mi fyddwch chi’n gweithio yn ein swyddfa docynnau brysur yn helpu ein cwsmeriaid i brynu tocynnau ar gyfer sioeau neu archebu bwrdd yn ein bwyta, yn ogystal â gweithio yn y dderbynfa yn croesawu pobl sy’n mynd i gynadleddodd a digwyddiadau eraill.

Fe fydd y swydd wedi’i lleoli yn Venue Cymru yn bennaf ond y bydd angen ar adegau i weithio yn Theatr Colwyn, Bae Colwyn sydd yn gyfleuster â 400 o seddi sy’n hwyluso rhaglen brysur o sioeau ffilm a chynyrchiadau byw.

Bydd eich oriau gweithio ar sail cytundeb oriau blynyddol, gan weithio ar gyfartaledd o 20 awr yr wythnos, wedi’i drefnu ar sail rota shifftiau, ac yn cynnwys gweithio ar benwythnosau, nosweithiau a gwyliau banc.

Do you have good IT skills and the ability to learn to use our systems / tills? Are you a friendly team player, capable of offering great customer service to the public?

Would you enjoy being part of a buzzing atmosphere hosting the latest gigs, shows and events?

Venue Cymru is the region’s largest entertainment and events venue so as a Customer Services Assistant you would find yourself working both in our busy box office helping our patrons purchasing tickets for our shows or booking a table in our restaurant, as well as at reception welcoming our many conference and event delegates.

The role will mainly be based at Venue Cymru but there will be a requirement on occasions to work at Theatr Colwyn, Colwyn Bay which is a vibrant 400 seat venue facilitating a busy programme of both film shows and live productions.

You will work on an annualised hours contract, working an average of 20 hours a week arranged on a shift rota basis and includes weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
