Summary

SUMMARY OF POST

Working within a busy department, you will have an excellent work ethic, and an eye for detail, work effectively in a team, and can prioritise your own daily and weekly tasks and activities. You will offer advice and guidance to employers in relation to vacancies and client experience across all programmes. Actively liaise with employers within the areas of the contract you should have an understanding of the funding rules and the monitoring guidance set out by the ESFA. You will be responsible for working with local employers, forming, and fostering relationships to maximise AEB and other opportunities, working with learner focused, motivated, and engaged business professionals.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Recruiter/Consultant for employers with vacancies fitting for new entrant to industry advantageous roles across the IT sector
• Worked in performance and target/results driven roles
• Develop, grow and manage a pipeline of employers who provide vacancies for our learner cohorts
• Working collaboratively with partners outside of the organisation to deliver solutions to employment shortfalls'
• Manage multiple stakeholders and agendas simultaneously
• Enthusiastically market opportunities to internal & external stakeholders
• Have resilience and be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Be able to plan and organise a busy work schedule
• Commitment to working independently and motivated to achieving results
• Input data onto the internal and external management information systems
• Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of team-work and a safe place to work.
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Develop an understanding and awareness of iMeta Training products and services and keeping up to date with changes and developments within the business.
• Contribute to best practice meetings and staff training as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain high levels of personal skills using feedback from assessment and continuous development reflected in a CPD log.
• Commitment to Safeguarding and Prevent Duty, ensuring that this commitment is demonstrated in all aspects of the role as appropriate.
• Participate in the Staff Learning and Development, Review and Appraisal Scheme.
• Undertake such duties and/or hours of work as may reasonably be required of you, within the general level of responsibility, at your main place of work or at any other establishment for which iMeta Training provides services.
• Maintain and update recording tracking documents
• Meet agreed personal and team KPI’s set by Employment Engagement Manager
