Summary
We are an established successful, family business near Moreton in Marsh. Our business is expanding and we have a vacancy for a Warehouse / Customer Service person. We are a small friendly team and offer a lovely working environment. We all tend to "get stuck in" and help with all tasks. We need someone who is prepared to be flexible and has a "can do" attitude ! Full training will be given and help is always at hand. You need to be methodical in your approach and pay attention to detail. You must also be reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
It is a varied role, including picking and packing in the Warehouse our taps and hot water tap systems, the maximum weight of the completed box is 10kg. Individual taps are only a couple of kilograms.
You will also need to be confident on the telephone as you will be required to take Customer Service calls at times.
Computer literacy a must, as on occasion you will be required to input details on our online Fed Ex and Royal Mail dispatch system.
It is a minimum of 24 hours up to 35 hours, over 4 or 5 days. Flexible working hours, however no earlier finish than 3.30pm. Salary dependant upon experience. If you are a confident younger person, we will support you in attending a relevant college course on a day release basis. Alternatively if you are a mature individual full training will be given.
