Be Part of Something Brilliant

We’re excited to have launched our new Swindon site — and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on people to help us build something special. At Clayton Glass, we manufacture high-performance insulated glass units (IGUs), conservatory roofs, and specialist glazing products used in homes, commercial buildings, and social housing projects across the UK.

As a Senior Operative, you’ll be at the heart of production — crafting precision-engineered glass that delivers on energy efficiency, durability, and visual impact. You’ll operate key machinery, maintain top-tier quality, and support new team members in a fast-paced, friendly environment where your ideas and input are valued.

Ideally, you’ll bring at least 2 years of manufacturing experience — especially in glass or construction materials — and feel confident handling materials, reading technical instructions, and driving continuous improvement. But if you’ve got solid production experience and a proactive attitude, we’ll train you quickly and get you up to speed with our processes and standards.

Desirable 'a bonus to have': FLT Licence, Driving Licence, First Aid Certification, IT literacy

Benefits:

Quarterly performance-related bonus
20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
Pension scheme
Wellbeing support
Free on-site parking
Discounted Clayton Glass products
Career development opportunities

Important: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
