Summary
As the Front of House Coordinator, you will be the first and lasting impression of the clinic. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional, seamless client journey - from the initial welcome to post-treatment care. This role requires a polished, professional, and proactive individual who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver a 5* welcome to our clients
Manage the day to day front of house operations, managing bookings and taking calls/answering emails
Retail sales
Stock control
Handle client payments
Maintain the studio to a high standard at all times
Effectively communicate with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice
Assist with administrative tasks including stock control, reporting, and supporting marketing activities (Huge bonus f you have a flair for social media!)
Experience:
Experience in a similar front of house/receptionist/customer facing role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English required
A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Saturdays and evenings required, minimum of 30 hours a week. Flexibility with rota is essential.
