• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Working with children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons, classroom management, and resources.
• Encouraging pupil engagement, progress, and independence.

• Experience working with children (school, tutoring, or childcare background).
