Summary
As a Senior Change Manger for Debt Management (DM), you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of change in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of change managers responsible for delivering a number of High-Profile Change initiatives, aimed to support Debt Managements delivery model, in line with business priorities and strategic objectives.
Working on projects and programs, that impact on colleagues and customers. Collaborating with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to support the successful implementation and adoption of change across the department.
As a Senior Change Manager, you can expect to be involved in a range of the following:
- Take a leading role in key project changes – ensuring DM strategies are aligned within the design.
- Ensuring each change successfully managed through the change process and governance.
- Developing and implementing delivery plans and communication strategies.
- Looking beyond delivery where appropriate (post implementation reviews to be designed into process) and ensuring lessons learned, shared and implemented.
- Work closely with stakeholders - co-operating with those proposing change and being open minded and flexible to meet the change needs.
- Ensuring appropriate strategies adhered to – for example, striving to ensure full automation is very much part of the design solution.
- Looking to innovate whenever and wherever possible.
- Provide constructive feedback on changes raised through the change control process.
- Line management responsibility for a team of Change Managers – including effective delegation whilst maintaining support and knowledge of what is being delivered.
- Ensuring the team have knowledge and confidence to be redeployed across tasks at short notice.
- Consider ways to implement and adapt to change in own role.
- Embed successful change and performance activities through sharing best practice.
- Provide focus and energy to drive activities forward and motivating self and others.
- Ensure colleagues are kept fully informed and up-to-date on business priorities and new developments.
- Ensure knowledge, skills and best practice is shared across the team.
- Provide honest appropriate and regular feedback.
- Required to travel regularly with overnight stays.
