Summary
The post holder is responsible to safeguard children, young people, and adults at risk. Supervise and assist in the provision of hygiene, and other activities of daily living Supervise/assist patients with dressing and mobilising following instructions by members of the multi-disciplinary tea Deliver appropriate patient care, as indicated by the qualified staff in accordance with the patients care plan and to the required standard Supervise patients with eating and drinking. Move and handle patients using appropriate techniques after training. Organise own workload, in accordance with the delegated task Appreciate the need for patient privacy and dignity at all ti To adhere to Bromley Healthcares policies, procedures, and standards at all times, including Health & Safety guideline Remain aware of your own limitations at all times Report all adverse signs, and symptoms to the Registered Nurse/therapy staff responsible for the patient Demonstrate basic CPR skills after training.
