Care Assistants (Flexible Hours, inc Full Time & Part Time)
Are you kind, reliable and looking for rewarding work? We’re a small, local care team helping people live with dignity and independence in their own homes across Ascot and surrounding areas
✨ No experience? No problem.
Whilst experience is an advantage, it’s not always necessary. What we really look for are people who care about their work — who can bring compassion, reliability and respect into every client’s home. We want people who understand the impact of what they do and who always strive to give their best — ensuring every client is treated with dignity, kindness and professionalism.
Starting pay: £13.50 -£14.50 p/hr + paid mileage
Hours: Flexible shifts (inc evenings and alternate weekends) to fit around your life, with Full time and Part time schedules available.
Driving licence & access to a car is essential
Progression: Funded training & qualifications (Care Certificate → NVQs)
Support: Wellbeing help + our Fair Pay Promise (we always pay above the Real Living Wage)
What you’ll do:
• Support clients with day-to-day needs at home
• Provide companionship and a friendly face
• Help people live safely, comfortably and with dignity
