Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within a Well-Established Car Main Dealership located in Taunton.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
- Up To £33,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience) + Bonus (Up To £45,000 OTE)
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.00pm
- 1 Saturday Per Month, 8am - 1pm

Duties:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
- Carrying out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification is essential (NVQ or equivalent)
- MOT licence is preferred but not essential
- Have a good attitude towards work
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence
- Maintaining the workshop to a high standard
The salary of this role is up to £33,000 basic with OTE of £45,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.00pm, 1 Saturday Per Month 8am - 1pm.
