Summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Dronfield. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Press Operative to join their team in a long-term, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial press machinery safely and efficiently
  
• Perform regular quality checks and basic maintenance
  
• Follow all health and safety procedures
  
• Keep accurate production records and report any issues
  
• Work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
  

  Shifts & Hours

  You will rotate weekly between day and night shifts:

  Day Shift

  • Monday to Thursday: 05:45 - 17:45
    
  • Paid for 49 hours per week
    

    Night Shift

    • Monday to Thursday (finishing Friday morning): 17:45 - 05:45
      
    • Paid for 57 hours per week
      

      All hours are paid at £12.21 per hour

      Requirements

      • Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is desirable but not essential
        
      • Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on, industrial environment
        
      • Good timekeeping and reliability are essential
        
      • Willingness to work rotating shifts
