Summary
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Dental Officer to join their team at the Children's Dental Service.
The appointee will be part of a preventive focused dental team providing routine dental care to the pre-school and school age children eligible to receive care through the Children’s Dental Service( CDS).
The appointee will be part of a multi disciplinary dental team which includes a Consultant Orthodontist, four other Dental Officers, two of whom have enhanced skills in Orthodontics, and Specialist Dental Nurses. They will also liaise with other health professionals who are involved in the overall health and well being of the patients seen by the CDS, these include a Maxillo-Facial surgeon, General Dental Practitioners, Medical Doctors including Anaesthetists, The Health Promotion Team, School Nurses, Health Visitors and Support Workers.
