Sales Administrator - Permanent

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:



To provide Administrative support to the Sales Director, Sales Managers and Sales Team.



Duties

Produce sales related reports from Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Produce weekly reports on reservation, exchanges, cancels and completions.
Complete state for settlements each month for issue to Solicitor
Liaise daily with solicitors regarding exchanges and completions,
Manage the client extras submissions weekly
Manage Email & Telephone enquiries from prospective clients
Produce data for inhouse surveys
Update holidays for Sales Team
Send all completion certificates to solicitors for file
Raise any refund or cheque requests and print backup and pass to accounts
Attend weekly sales build

About you

You’ll need lots of previous administration experience in a similar environment, along with exceptional attention to detail, and a friendly and professional approach to taking calls. Strong communication skills are just as important and you’ll be comfortable using MS Office software while also learning to use a range of other IT systems.
