Does your vision for education match our school’s ethos statement? The Governors of Poplars Farm Primary School are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and dynamic primary class teacher who will also lead our school in English (from Year 2 upwards and work in collaboration with our Early Education leader), with effect from January 2026.
We are looking for a teacher who has an outstanding track record of teaching and raising standards and a passion and vision for English. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring or existing middle leader to develop and shape English provision across our school.
Applicants for the post should:
• Be an excellent class teacher
• Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience teaching in primary schools
• Ideally have experience of teaching across more than one key stage
• Have a history of successful school improvement in English or aspects of English
• Have a wide experience of delivering CPD to support staff development
