Summary
Added Care are looking for motivated and caring individuals who posses a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients. This role offers out clients the choice of companionship care, personal care and complex care assistance - as each client has their own individual requirements.
You should have:-
* Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs is advantageous
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
* Physical capability to perform moving and handling tasks when required.
*Valid driver's licence is essential for transportation duties.
*A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need is paramount
Shift Pattern
* Full-time, Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract, Freelance
* Shift time vary between 06.00-13.00 or 15.00-22.00
* Staff must have availability to work some weekends.
All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
