Summary
We're looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool to support our social housing client on an 8-month contract. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Minimum requirement in office 2 x days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of tenancy and estate management services
- Investigate tenancy breaches including abandonment, fraud and unauthorised occupation
- Conduct tenancy audits, starter reviews, and accompanied viewings
- Manage anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, nuisance and hate crime reports
- Promote tenant engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor neighbourhood data to target resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and GDPR policies
- Collaborate with Enforcement, Income and Sustainment teams, as well as external partners and agencies
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a customer-facing housing and tenancy management role
- Experience of investigating and managing anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breach cases
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy sustainment and welfare benefits
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
