Summary

£12.21 per hour, rising to £12.32 after 12 weeks
⏰ 45 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:00am starts | Alternating weekends
Overtime paid after 45 hours (post 12 weeks)

Are you reliable, hard-working, and looking for a full-time role with a consistent schedule and great team environment? We’re recruiting General Operatives to support operations at a busy wind farm site near Thoresby.

Job Duties Include:

  • General site labouring and upkeep


  • Supporting trades and maintenance teams


  • Operating basic hand tools and following site safety procedures


  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions


    ✅ What You’ll Need:

    • A strong work ethic and punctuality


    • Good level of physical fitness


    • Willingness to work outdoors and on alternating weekends


    • Previous site or labouring experience is an advantage but not essential


      • Driving license

      This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, full-time position with potential for long-term work.

      Start time: 7:00am daily
