Summary
Morgan Hunt are pleased to be working with a Public Sector organisation, based in Portsmouth, to recruit an Interim Management Accountant on an initial 3 month contract with potential to be extended.
Our client is looking for someone with experience of:
- Preparing a set of management accounts from a trial balance.
- Capital/Lease accounting.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Costings and evaluations of activity.
- Assist with month-end and year end processes.
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant with experience of working in a Further Education setting.
- Experienced and have strong knowledge of Further Education funding streams and the treatment in the accounts.
- An advanced user of excel.
- Available from mid-October at the latest.
This role will be based in the office 4-5 days a week however some hybrid working can be considered.
