Summary

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Shunter to join our team. This vital role ensures the smooth movement and positioning of buses within the depot, preparing them for service and assisting with basic checks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Safely manoeuvre buses and coaches around the depot and to designated parking areas ready for the next day
  • Position vehicles for cleaning, refuelling and maintenance
  • Cleaning of buses and coaches externally
  • Some yard work/maintenance where required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times

What we're looking for:

  • A full UK PVC licence is required for this role
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • You should be physically fit, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
