These include:Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)ReprographicsDesk booking managementHelpdesk servicesThis is a highly data-driven role, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective service delivery to a workforce of around 8,000. You’ll liaise daily with suppliers, manage service performance, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders, trade union reps, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of critical site support servicesEnsure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and site controlsBuild effective relationships with contractors, aligned with project valuesMonitor contractor competence and escalate shortfallsDevelop reports and plans to meet service expectationsResolve issues early and collaboratively to maintain service qualityEngage with stakeholders and trade unions through regular meetingsImplement a “You Said, We Did” feedback system to improve servicesWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience in high-security environmentsStrong contract and supplier management skillsProven background in site-based support services (PPE, reprographics)Excellent planning, prioritisation, and logistics coordinationProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI, and dashboard designClear and confident communicatorUnderstanding of health & safety regulations related to PPE and equipmentDesirableBehavioural Safety Programme certificationIOSH accreditation (or equivalent)Facilities management qualificationCommercial and contract management knowledgeBackground in PPE or reprographicsReady to Make an Impact?Join us and be part of a transformative project that will power millions of homes and help the UK reach net-zero.
