Summary
ClinicalThe ability to make a judgement about a patients mental health or wellbeing needsand act appropriately to manage needs / risks. (For example, supporting self-careneeds by helping a patient to organise their prescribed medication into a dosettebox, or reporting a concern / risk to a qualified member of staff).To contribute to the provision of a safe clinical environment and promote the dignityof patients.To prioritise workload based upon the patient needs / service demands.Assess the health and wellbeing of people within the CMHT as directed by therelevant professional.To provide health promotion for service users in the borough CMHTs,understanding the relationship between mental health and physical health.
