Summary
The applicant should have at least 1 year of experience working at registrar level in the UK. They should also be in possession of their MRCOG. They would be expected to be able to supervise junior registrar on labour ward out of hours. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work as a team. The successful applicants will be expected to contribute to the Departments governance programme, including participation in department meetings, safety initiatives and morbidity and mortality meetings. The successful candidates will be expected to fully engage with Appraisal as part of GMC Revalidation.
