Relief Cook throughout Monmouthshire. Duties will include the production of meals
and the smooth running of the unit.
The successful candidate should be a team player with the ability to effectively and
efficiently communicate with staff at all levels.
A CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering qualification is required
for this post however it is not an essential prerequisite as training will be given to the
successful candidate.
