The team is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to join their innovative small animal clinic. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team to deliver outstanding patient care
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment and technology
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and medications
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture
• Stay current with advancements in veterinary care through continuing education
