The Role

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking an experienced nursing home deputy manager or clinical lead who is:

• A qualified nurse (NMC registered RGN, RMN, or RNLD)

  
  

• Experienced as a care home deputy manager or clinical lead within a nursing home setting

  
  

• Skilled in leadership, staff development, and clinical governance
