Summary
Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Dover (transport required)
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Salary:
• Day shift - £12.30 per hour, increasing to £12.60 after 3 months, increasing to £15.99 once fully trained.
• Night shift - £14.15 per hour, increasing to £14.50, increasing to £16.27 once fully trained.
• Overtime uplifts are 25% for days and 38% for nights.
Hours: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights shift patter, 5:45am – 6:15pm and 5:45pm – 6:15am (1 hour unpaid lunch and 5 x 5 paid minute breaks throughout the day)

Duties:
• Stacking and packing panels.
• Visual Quality Control checks.
• End of line Quality Control- Quality inspector checks for issues and must resolve them too.
• Loads and prepare materials on the line, checking the quality and using machinery on the line.
