Adapting learning activities under guidance from the class teacher and SENCO

Assisting with behavioural and emotional needs where necessary
What We’re Looking For-
A graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in Psychology, Education, or a related field

A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs

Calm, compassionate, and resilient, especially in challenging situations

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working with children or young people is advantageous (including voluntary roles)
