Summary
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrator to join our team in Baldock, Herts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and thrives in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Service Planning: Coordinate scheduled services and ad-hoc work, ensuring efficient task management and resource allocation.
• Accreditations & Filing: Maintain accurate records, with responsibility for the filing and organisation of accreditation documents and compliance paperwork.
• Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the service team, maintaining internal systems and ensuring documentation is up to date.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and internal staff, handling queries and ensuring smooth communication regarding service schedules and updates.
Key Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or service support role is preferred
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable using standard office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
