Summary
About the Role:
Azuril Logistics is seeking motivated and professional Courier Drivers to join our Rotherham delivery team. Working under Royal Mail/Parcelforce contracts, you will ensure parcels are delivered efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service.
This is an active, hands-on role requiring punctuality, reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting delivery deadlines. You will represent both Azuril Logistics and Royal Mail/Parcelforce, so professionalism is essential.
Shifts typically start at 07:30 – 08:00 and can run until around 20:00 - 20:30, depending on the delivery route and workload. Working days are flexible to suit business needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely drive and operate a company-provided van.
• Collect parcels from depots and load them securely for delivery.
• Deliver parcels promptly and accurately across assigned routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery point.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding progress or issues.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Adhere to company policies, road traffic laws, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Full manual UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year).
• Minimum 1 year of courier or multi-drop delivery experience.
• Must be aged 25 or over (insurance purposes).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to relocate to Rotherham if needed.
• Flexible with working hours to meet business needs.
