Summary
Dip COT or relevant OT Degree Registration with HCPC Post Qualification experience is desirable for this role as it is a fixed term contract Experience in community Working, rehabilitation and care of the older person would beneficial Know the key concepts of the biological, social, psychological and clinical sciences which are relevant to their profession -specific practice Ability to demonstrate/discuss Occupational Therapy process Understand the need to establish and maintain a safe practice environment Evidence of CPD Awareness of National guidelines and legislation relating to health and social care provision – Intermediate Care specific older person NHS plan Demonstrate an awareness of the application of the risk assessment process Access to a vehicle with the ability to travel around the Wakefield District in line with service requirements Full UK driving licence See Supporting Documents for full details.
