Summary
The Senior People & Operations Advisor will be a key member of the HR function, responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end operational HR support while also contributing to the strategic goals of the Group. The role requires a proactive, confident generalist who can operate independently, take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution, manage complex casework, and drive forward improvements to HR processes. The role will also take a leading role in the development, coordination, and delivery of HR training to both staff and managers, and will contribute to the Groups workforce sustainability agenda and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives.
