Summary
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Production Operative. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to to detail, superb hand-to-eye coordination, and the patience required to work with delicate radio frequency cables and components. This role involves operating a foot-controlled induction soldering station and performing hand soldering of RF cables with precision.
Required
Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify defects of inconsistencies in work
Excellent hand-to-eye coordination for precise soldering and assembly
Patience and dexterity to handle small, delicate components
Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate an induction soldering station
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment, ideally working with RF components
Requires:-
Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks
Hours:–
Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am – 4.45 pm , Friday 8.00 am – 3.15 pm
