Summary
Customer Service Officer - Full time and Part time opportunities
Location: Cairnryan, Wigtownshire, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
Rate of pay: £12.55 per hour plus overtime opportunities
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off
This is a tremendous opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in Cairnryan. You will join a dedicated team where you will receive ongoing training, support, and development. This role consists of regular body searches and general customer service/security duties.
Essential criteria:
Be polite, friendly and professional
A team player that enjoys working in a committed team environment
Duties to include:
Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
Manage access control to the site
Internal and external patrols of the site
Regular body searches
Gatehouse duties
Carry out vehicle searches
Issuing passes to visitors, contractors and staff members
Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
Respond to emergency situations
Work as part of a customer focused team
