Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland, based in Magor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading brewery in a long-term, ongoing role, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Key Duties:
  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Move stock around the warehouse using the stock management system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, refreshed within the last three years.
  • Double handler experience desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
What We Offer:
  • £15.81 per hour basic rate.
  • Overtime at £23.71 after 48 hours.
  • Premium weekend and Bank Holiday overtime up to £31.62 per hour.

Hours:
  • 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights (no fixed pattern).
