Summary
Your new role
You'll be responsible for preparing cases for court, appearing as an advocate and instructing counsel. A more senior role would involve additional line management responsibilities. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable and friendly team, with access to excellent case management tools and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will bring the following:
- Be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive.
- Experience in drafting complex court documentation.
- Familiarity with the Childcare Act 1989 and the Mental Health Act 1983.
- A range of experience will be considered, from newly qualified to 4-5 years PQE.
