Elite Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Solihull for a Sales Lead Closer / Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual to play a key role in driving business growth. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying, qualifying, and developing leads, ensuring the sales pipeline is full of high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential clients via phone and email using a targeted database
Identify and qualify leads by understanding needs, budgets, and timelines
Confidently communicate the value and benefits of products/services, tailoring your approach to each prospect
Set appointments or forward qualified leads to the Project Sales Team for follow-up
Maintain accurate records of all activity in the company CRM
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales pipeline
Collaborate with the Sales Team to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion rates
About You
Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or sales closing
Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
Organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
What’s on Offer
Hours: 8am – 5pm (early finish on Fridays!)
