About the Role

We support a diverse range of individuals in the community and in their own homes – each with their own unique needs and goals. You’ll help people live more independently by supporting with:



Daily living tasks (e.g. meal prep, personal care, budgeting)


Social activities (e.g. swimming, gym, rugby games, concerts – sometimes during evenings)


Building life skills and confidence


Promoting choice, dignity, and independence


Risk-assessing situations and supporting positive behaviour



This is a person-centred role, where you’ll be empowered to tailor your support to each individual’s needs, routines and aspirations.


Who We Support

People with a variety of needs including:



Autism & learning disabilities


Mental health disorders & personality disorders


Behaviours that challenge


Forensic backgrounds



You’ll need to follow clear, structured support plans and work confidently both independently and as part of a team.


✅ What We’re Looking For

Desireable Experience:



Understanding of mental health conditions and behaviours of concern


Experience supporting individuals with complex or forensic needs


Confidence working with safeguarding, grooming behaviours, or MAPPA cases



Desirable Training:



MAPPA training


Anthony Bainbridge training (or similar)




Working Hours



A variety of day and evening shifts available (including weekends)


Typical shift times between 8:00am and 9:30pm (some flexibility may be required)


Lone working and shift work involved



An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
