Summary

Role Overview:
An award-winning, fast-growing boutique law firm is recruiting for an experienced career paralegal or corporate/commercial legal secretary/PA, ideally from a Top 200 UK law firm. This role is a client care position split between partner onboarding (leading administration for new joiners) and partner services (building strong relationships to support partners and ensuring they are aware of available support and services). Based in Manchester with hybrid working flexibility.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal secretary/PA in corporate, commercial, or related law firm practice areas

- Proven ability to manage onboarding and administrative processes efficiently

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Positive, proactive, and client-focused approach

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
