Summary
As a counter assistant you are required to serve and prepare customer orders in a busy takeaway fish & chip shop. You will take payments and telephone orders. Replenish stock & keep a clean, safe environment.
As a fryer you will prepare food for cooking & cook food.Record temperatures, clean and keep a safe working environment. You must be able to lift heavy sacks of potatoes.
