Summary

You’ll be accountable for…

-creating a culture where teaching, learning and student outcomes are always outstanding
-the delivery and development of a dynamic A level offering
-steering our direction and fostering exceptional industry partnerships
-leading, supporting and challenging a team of around 30 excellent teachers
-contributing to the College Leadership Team
-quality assurance of curriculum delivery
-working with the Faculty Coordinator on teaching cover and support
-a very small teaching workload (it’s vital to know what students are experiencing and feeling)
