Summary
We're Hiring! Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Walsall .
The ideal candidate should have top-notch communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service .
ï¸ Your Role Will Include:

Handling customer enquiries via phone, email & chat
•
Providing info on products & services
•
Processing orders & returns efficiently
•
Upselling products when appropriate
•
Analysing customer needs to offer the best solutions
•
â˜Žï¸ Maintaining professionalism & phone etiquette at all times
Experience Required:
•
âŒ¨ï¸ Strong data entry and administration skills
•
ï¸ Effective communication with customers
•
Excellent telephone manner
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
