Summary
Personal Assistant Required
• MJ is 32. He lives in BD8.
• He is looking for a PA zero hours for holiday/ sickness cover for main PA. Maximum of 35 within a week. May include some 7am and 7pm calls. Monday to Friday only.
• Needs to be able to travel to BD8.
• DBS required
• Support with personal cares and transfers from bed/ chair to commode/ wheelchair alongside a second worker or male family member. One to one support to engage in sensory activities in the home and possibly at a day service (not currently attending one but looking for him to in the future). Support with meals and drinks (can feed self if handed finger food/ drinks bottle).
