What You’ll Bring:
• NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or higher) with ambition to achieve NVQ4 or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience within adult social care or the care sector
• Strong knowledge of dementia conditions, progression, and behaviour management
• Understanding of UK social care legislation, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and DoLS at a management level
• IT proficiency to support care planning and monitoring
• Organisational skills to manage workflows and resolve challenges effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with residents, families, and professionals

You’ll lead with confidence and kindness, ensuring care is not only compliant but deeply personal and meaningful. You’ll mentor and motivate your team, embed person-centred care into everyday life, and support families through important decisions with empathy and clarity. Your leadership will shape a culture where every resident feels valued and every colleague feels empowered.
