Summary
All Hours Recruitment are looking for an Operations / Accounts.
Full-Time
Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
Pay: £12.50 per hour.
37.5 Hours per week.
£24375.00
Working for a busy Parcel company in friendly warm environment who are currently looking for an operations / accounts.
You will need to be confident and a strong negotiator as you will be receiving and chasing Invoices, updating payments on the system, and dealing with customer queries on the telephone for the whole business.
You will be experienced in Sage 50 and be comfortable speaking to clients via telephone and email.

· Utilise accounting software such as Sage 50.
· Customer service.
· Confident on the telephone.
· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
· Manage queries from clients.
· Proven experience in operations / Accounts in the logistic sector.
· Strong Proficiency in using accounting Sage 50.
· Excellent numerical skills and ability to manage financial data.
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
